Emanuel County Tax Sale – March 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM
The Emanuel County Tax Sale will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM on the courthouse steps.
Tax liens have been applied to each delinquent property.
The amounts must be paid in full in order for a property to be removed from the sale list.
If the taxes are not paid in full, the properties will be sold at the tax sale on March 3rd.
The list of properties will also be advertised in The Forest Blade in February, as required by law. Please note: additional costs will be added to each account for the newspaper advertisement.
